Each year, the Croton Caring Committee awards a scholarship to a graduating Croton-Harmon High School student (or students) to recognize their outstanding community service and commitment.
We are proud to announce our 2020 Annual Scholarship Program which will provide up to $2,000 to a Croton Harmon High School student who will graduate in the spring of 2020 and who has demonstrated commitment to and visionary thinking in community service programs. The $2,000 award may be made to a single student or split amongst multiple deserving students.
Must be graduating Croton Harmon High School in June 2020
Preference will be given to students who have volunteered with the Croton Caring Committee
1. Completed Application Form
2. One-Page Resume which should include community service and other Croton activities
3. Letter of Reference from an adult associated with student’s community service (Note: Letters may not be requested from the CCC’s Board or Executive Director.
One letter required for CCC volunteers
Two letters required for non-CCC volunteers
4. One-Page Proposal for a new program that would help the Croton Caring Committee further our mission in the community. Proposal should highlight how students could potentially be involved.
We will begin accepting applications on March 1, 2020.
